This so reminds me of my quilting days I had to show you a couple cards that I made this weekend. I believe as a quilt patch it's called the "Ohio Star". How appropriate is that since I live in Ohio? These cards are really easy to make. Here's how you make them. Cut or punch out 6 squares. The first card (Ruby Red & Cameo Coral) I cut 6 - 1" squares. Glue one full square in the center of a 3-1/4" square (White). Glue the other four squares in the corners connecting or touching the center square. Now take the 6th square and cut it diagonally both ways. Glue those triangles in between the full squares.
The second card I used the 1-1/4" square punch.Card #1Stamps: Heard from the Heart (#111644)
Paper: Cameo Coral, Whisper White, Ruby Red, Patterns Pack Designer Series Paper III (Hostess gift)
Ink: Ruby Red
Card #2Stamps: Teeny Tiny Wishes (#115370)
Paper: Bordering Blue, Whisper White, Night of Navy, Patterns Pack Designer Series Paper III (Hostess gift)
Ink: Night of Navy
Accessories: 1-1/4" square punch, Modern label punch, Word Window punch
EMAIL ME if you'd like to order the supplies to make this card.
